Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the website operated by Dangerz Kickz & Collectibles LLC. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to everything written here. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method belongs to you and that the information you give is true and complete.

Your Account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything that happens under your login. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access. We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, resale scalping through bots, or any breach of these terms.

Products and Descriptions

We describe every item as carefully as we can, and the photos on a listing are of the actual item unless the page says otherwise. Screen colors vary, so a red may look slightly different on your device. We do not promise that every description is free of every error. If a listing has a mistake, we may correct it, cancel the order, and refund you in full.

Pricing

All prices are shown in United States dollars and do not include sales tax or shipping unless stated. Prices can change without notice, because the market for sneakers and collectibles moves daily. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the moment you check out. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send the shipping confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation email. We may refuse or limit any order, including orders that look like bulk resale, orders with a mismatched billing address, or orders to a region we do not ship to.

Payment

We accept credit cards, MasterCard, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payment must clear before we ship. Card payments are handled by a third party processor over an encrypted connection. Bank transfer orders are held for up to five business days while the funds settle, and are released if the funds do not arrive.

Shipping and Risk

Shipping times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier hands the package to you or leaves it at the address you gave. Please give a delivery address where someone can receive a package.

Returns

Returns are handled under our Refund Policy, which also forms part of these terms. Read it before you order, because some items are final sale.

Reviews and User Content

You may post reviews, comments, photos, and blog replies. You keep ownership of what you post, but you give us a free, worldwide license to display, copy, and adapt it on our site and in our marketing. Do not post anything false, abusive, obscene, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove any content at any time and for any reason.

Intellectual Property

The site design, our logo, our slogan, our product photography, and our written copy belong to us. You may not copy, scrape, or republish them without written permission. Brand names, logos, and product names of third parties belong to their owners. We are an independent reseller and we are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with any of those brands.

Prohibited Uses

●       Using bots, scrapers, or scripts to buy stock or copy the site.

●       Interfering with the site, its security, or other users.

●       Reselling our content or presenting yourself as us.

●       Placing orders with a stolen card or a false identity.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, error free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost resale value, or loss of collector value.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our costs, including reasonable legal fees, if a claim arises from your breach of these terms or from content you posted.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes

We may change these terms at any time by posting a new version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the site after that date means you accept the change.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes apply to the items and the period stated in the offer. Only one code may be used per order unless we say otherwise. Codes have no cash value, cannot be sold, and cannot be applied after an order is placed. We may end any promotion early, and we may cancel an order that used a code obtained through error or abuse.

Third Party Links and Feeds

Our pages carry links to social media, a blog feed, and embedded video. We do not control that content and we are not responsible for it. Following a link means you leave our site and the terms of the other site take over.

Severability and Waiver

If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right on one occasion, that is not a waiver of the right, and we may enforce it later.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site. They replace any earlier promise, written or spoken.
