Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 10, 2026

Dangerz Kickz & Collectibles LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or buy from us, why we collect it, how we store it, and what choices you have. Please read it before you place an order. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the site.

Who We Are

We are Dangerz Kickz & Collectibles LLC, a retail business that sells sneakers, footwear, apparel, and collectibles. Daniel Price is the owner and the person responsible for how your information is handled. You can reach us any time at dan@dangerzkickzcollectibles.com or (941) 769-3237.

Information You Give Us

When you create an account, place an order, subscribe to updates, write a review, or contact us, you may give us the following:

Your full name and the name on your payment card.

Your billing address and your shipping address.

Your email address and phone number.

Your account password, which we store in scrambled form and cannot read.

The content of any message, review, or comment you send us.

We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Card details go straight to our payment processor over a secure connection. We only see the last four digits and the card type, which we keep so we can match a payment to an order.

Information We Collect Automatically

Like most websites, we collect some technical information when you browse. This includes your internet protocol address, the browser and device you use, the pages you view, the time you spend on each page, and the site that sent you to us. We use this to fix errors, block fraud, and understand which products people look at most.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We use them to keep items in your cart, to remember that you are signed in, and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may stop working, including checkout. Our separate Cookie Policy explains this in more detail.

How We Use Your Information

To process your order, take payment, and ship your items.

To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notices.

To answer your questions about sizing, condition, stock, or returns.

To verify identity and to prevent card fraud and chargeback abuse.

To send marketing emails, but only if you asked to receive them.

To improve our product pages, search filters, and checkout flow.

To meet our legal duties, such as keeping tax and sales records.

Marketing Choices

We only send promotional email to people who opt in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes you from that list right away. You will still get transactional email about orders you have placed, because we need to tell you where your package is.

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, and we do not trade it. We share only what is needed with the following types of partners:

Payment processors, so your card, bank transfer, or PayPal payment can clear.

Shipping carriers, so your package reaches the right address.

Our website host and email provider, who store data on our behalf.

Analytics providers, who receive usage data and not your name.

Law enforcement or a court, when a valid legal request requires it.

Each partner is bound to use your data only for the task we hired them to do. If we ever sell the business, customer records may transfer to the new owner, and we would tell you before that happens.

How We Protect Your Data

Our site uses an SSL certificate, so information you type is encrypted while it travels to us. Access to customer records is limited to the owner and to staff who need it to fill orders. Passwords are hashed. We review our accounts and permissions on a regular basis. No system online is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that a breach will never happen, but we will notify affected customers promptly if one does.

How Long We Keep Data

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is usually seven years. Account details stay until you ask us to close the account. Marketing contact details stay until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in a form that does not identify you.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct anything wrong, to have your data deleted, to object to certain uses, or to receive your data in a portable file. Send your request to dan@dangerzkickzcollectibles.com and we will reply within thirty days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so we do not hand your data to someone else.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to Other Sites

Our pages may link to social media profiles, blogs, or partner shops. Once you leave our site, this policy no longer applies. Read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The effective date at the top will show the latest version. Big changes will be announced on the homepage. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new policy.
